Bags to be sealed are placed on the product transfer conveyor and the top of the bag is guided into the sealing head.

As the bag passes through the seal head, the film is heated and cooled at a constant pressure to ensure a high interrity seals are made everytime.

The height of the sealing head is adjusted by turning the handle at the top of the column, after first releasing the clamping screw.

Further adjustment is available by releasing clamps on the conveyor bracket and moving the conveyor up or down the column as required, both for operator comfort and to suit the job at hand.

Conveyor speed is adjustable by means of a vari-speed pulley to enable perfect synchronisation of conveyor belt and sealing band speeds thus giving prefect seal.

New Zealand manufacture means full spare parts and service support available from Auckland factory.
