THORNTON 10RS FOOT SEALER

The impulse type sealing operation means that there is no heat-up time required prior to use. The sealer can be used from the moment the power is connected.

Once the machine has been set up, the open end of the bag is placed between the seal jaws in the correct position relative to the sealing element.

The foot pedal is pressed down and pressure is applied to the closed seal jaws. The pressure is maintained until the seal indicator light stops. The operator pauses briefly while the seal cools before releasing the foot pedal to open the seal jaws.

The sealed bag is removed from the sealer and the cycle begins again.

The Seal Timer is mounted in the side panel and the seal indicator light is conveniently viewed through the lid of the sealer cabinet.

Machine controls include electronic seal time controller with solid-state electronic switching and seal indicator lamp. Easily replaceable ptfe fabric element covers prevent the bag sticking to the elements. Wind-on element covers are standard on all sealers up to 10RS602, and self-adhesive element covers are standard on 10RS802 and larger sealers.

New Zealand manufacture means full spare parts and service support available from Auckland factory.
